Tuition Guide and Fee Policy

*In PA, children must be 5 years of age before September 1st of that school year to attend Kindergarten.
*Kindergarten Book fee of $80.00 per year

- Registration fee (for new families) is $75.00 per child or $100 per family (2+ children), due with application form. Please make checks made payable to Pennridge Christian Academy.
- Kindergarten hours are defined as 8:30am-3:30pm with arrival expected by 8:20am. A $15/ week extended care fee will be applied for children attending outside of Kindergarten hours and arrival time. The office must be notified before the 1st day of the school year if you will be extending your child’s hours.
- Weekly tuition payments are due Monday morning of each week of service. A $10 late fee will be assessed when paying after Thursday of that same week. Monthly tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month. A $40 late fee will be assessed for any payments received after 35 days. Please contact the office in advance if you foresee a problem with your payment schedule.
- Pennridge Christian Academy offers a multiple child discount for one or more siblings enrolled on the same day(s) during the same school year. The youngest sibling pays the full tuition rate and each additional child’s tuition is discounted 10% per child.
- All custodial parents and/or legal guardians are required to sign a Fee Agreement prior to enrollment of their child at Pennridge Christian Academy.
- At the time of enrollment an additional week’s tuition will be paid and held in escrow to be used towards the last week of childcare services. A two week notice of withdrawal is required to
receive the escrow credit.
Escrow does not calculate sibling discount and will be updated as applicable. - To maintain proper staff/ child ratios, ensure the safe supervision of the children in our care and uphold our commitment to our staff’s schedules, all families must adhere to their contracted times. Overtime fees may be applied if a child is dropped off or picked up outside of the contracted times stated in your fee agreements. Prearranged “additional fees” will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Fees are as follows…
- An overtime fee in the amount of $15 per quarter hour assessed for children dropped off/ picked up outside of contracted time, without prior approval from Director, with a $15 minimum per occurrence
- A late pick up fee in the amount of $30 per 5 minutes assessed for children present at/ after 5:30pm, with a $30 minimum per occurrence
- Staff members are required to complete a form when an early drop off or late pick up occurs. The Director will make the final determination of a fee assessment. Parent/ Guardian are required to sign as well.
Discounts
Youngest child pays full tuition and 10% discount is applied to older sibling(s) for same days in attendance.
Payments
Tuition must be paid in weekly or monthly installments. Payment methods include:
